December Construction Progress Update
Another step toward a place where life will soon be in full swing. Construction is moving forward every day — and with each new floor, we are getting closer to the moment when bright stories, new families, and warm dreams will begin here.
Here is our latest construction site update:
BUILDING 2

SECTION 1 – Glazing and façade works completed; ground floor fit-out is underway.

SECTION 2 – Glazing completed on floors 3 and 9–15.

SECTION 3 – Glazing completed on floors 2 and 8–16.

Transformer substation No. 2 has been constructed.
BUILDING 3

Finalizing monolithic works on the stylobate between Sections 3–7; concreting of vertical structures of the second stylobate level between Sections 2 and 8 completed; foundation works underway for the stylobate between Sections 1 and 9.

SECTION 5 – Concreting of the basement floor slab.

SECTION 6 – Reinforcement of the basement floor slab.

SECTION 7 – Reinforcement and concreting of basement vertical structures.

SECTIONS 8–9 – Concreting of the grillage slab completed.
BUILDING 7

Stylobate façade works in progress; construction of the parking area, commercial spaces, and surrounding landscaping continues.
