February Construction Progress Update

Winter is ending at the construction site, and we’re welcoming spring with a new update. Here’s what’s been completed and the current stage of works:

BUILDING 1

• Commissioning stage.

BUILDING 2

• Finalizing the façades, arranging the ground floor, and installing site utilities.

BUILDING 3

• Completed monolithic works on the stylobate between sections 2–8; concreting vertical structures of the above-ground stylobate level between sections 1 and 9.

• SECTION 1 – Finalizing monolithic works.

• SECTION 2 – Masonry works on floors 3–14.

• SECTION 3 – Masonry works completed, window installation has begun.

• SECTION 4 – Window installation on floors 14–16.

• SECTIONS 5–6 – Monolithic works completed, masonry works beginning.

• SECTIONS 7–8 – Masonry works on floors 2–13.

• SECTION 9 – Masonry works on floors 2–6.
  
  

BUILDING 4

• SECTIONS 1–2 – Reinforcement of basement vertical structures.

• SECTION 3 – Completed concreting of the basement floor slab.

• SECTION 4 – Reinforcement and concreting of the vertical structures of the 3rd floor.

• SECTION 5 – Reinforcement of the 3rd floor slab.

• SECTION 6 – Concreting of the 1st floor slab.

• SECTION 7 – Concreting of the 1st floor vertical structures.

• SECTION 8 – Reinforcement of the 1st floor slab.
  SECTION 9 – Concreting of the basement floor slab.
  
  

BUILDING 7

• Finalizing the stylobate façades, completing the parking area, commercial premises, and landscaping around the building.
