March Construction Progress Update

Spring momentum on site: building up speed.

With warmer weather setting in, construction is moving into a more dynamic phase. Progress continues across multiple fronts — from commissioning preparations to façade works and structural concrete operations.

BUILDING 1

• Commissioning stage.

BUILDING 2

• Finalizing the façades, arranging the ground floor, and installing site utilities.

BUILDING 3

• Finalizing monolithic works on the stylobate: concreting the parapet and the last section of the ground-level slab.

• SECTION 1 – Monolithic works completed, masonry works on floors 2–6.

• SECTION 2 – Masonry works completed.

• SECTION 3 – Window installation on floors 2–16, and wall insulation has begun.

• SECTION 4 – Window installation on floors 6–16, and façade insulation is in progress.

• SECTIONS 5–6 – Masonry works on floors 5–6.

• SECTIONS 7–8 – Masonry works on floors 2–16, window installation on floors 2–5.

• SECTION 9 – Masonry works on floors 2–8.

• SECTION 1 – Reinforcement of basement vertical structures.
  SECTION 2 – Reinforcement and concreting of basement vertical structures.

• SECTION 3 – Reinforcement of the vertical structures of the 1st floor.

• SECTION 4 – Reinforcement of the vertical structures of the 7th floor.

• SECTION 5 – Concreting of the vertical structures of the 7th floor.

• SECTION 6 – Concreting of the 3rd floor slab.

• SECTION 7 – Concreting of the 2nd floor vertical structures.

• SECTION 8 – Concreting of the 3rd floor vertical structures.
  SECTION 9 – Reinforcement and concreting of the vertical structures of the 1st floor.
  
  

BUILDING 7

• Finalizing the stylobate façades, completing the parking area, commercial premises, and landscaping around the building.
