January Construction Progress Update

We are sharing our first construction site update of the new year:

BUILDING 2

• SECTION 1 – Ground floor fit-out works and installation of on-site utilities are underway.

• SECTION 2 – Glazing completed; facade painting and ground floor works in progress.

• SECTION 3 – Glazing completed on floors 2 and 5–16; finishing facade painting and continuing ground floor works.
  
  

BUILDING 3

• Finalizing monolithic works on the stylobate between Sections 2–8; reinforcement and concreting of the basement-level floor slab of the stylobate between Sections 1 and 9.

• SECTION 1 – Reinforcement and concreting of the top floor slab and parapet.

• SECTION 2 – Monolithic works completed; masonry works underway on floors 4–8.

• SECTION 3 – Masonry works completed.

• SECTION 4 – Monolithic and masonry works completed.

• SECTIONS 5–6 – Monolithic works completed; masonry works starting.

• SECTIONS 7–8 – Masonry works on floors 2–10.

• SECTION 9 – Monolithic works completed; masonry works underway on floors 2–5.
  
  

BUILDING 4

• SECTIONS 1–2 – Reinforcement of basement vertical structures.

• SECTION 3 – Concreting of the basement floor slab completed.

• SECTION 4 – Reinforcement of first-floor vertical structures.

• SECTION 5 – Reinforcement of the first-floor slab.

• SECTION 6 – Reinforcement of first-floor vertical structures.

• SECTION 7 – Concreting of the basement floor slab completed.

• SECTIONS 8–9 – Concreting of basement vertical structures.
  
  

BUILDING 7

• Finalizing stylobate facade works; continuing construction of the parking area, commercial premises, and surrounding landscaping.
