2️⃣ Contract signing and document preparation
Apartment sales are carried out under an Assignment Agreement of the participant’s rights in a construction financing fund.

To sign the agreement, you need to provide:
• Ukrainian citizen passport or Permanent residence permit and passport for foreign citizens;
• Individual Tax Number (ITN);
• marriage certificate and spouse’s documents — if the apartment is purchased by a married couple.

3️⃣ Payment options
• Full payment — opportunity to receive individual terms from the developer;
• Installments from 12 to 24 months with no overpayments;
• Possibility to purchase an apartment in Building 1 under the eOselia program.
