June Construction Progress Update

June has been a scorching month, not only in terms of weather but also in the pace of work on the construction site — here are this month's updates:

BUILDING 1

• Commissioning stage.

BUILDING 2

• Finishing the commercial area, installing site utilities, laying pavers, and proceeding with landscaping.

BUILDING 3

• SECTION 1 – Masonry completed; glazing installed on floors 3–12.

• SECTION 2 – Glazing completed; façade priming and painting in progress.

• SECTION 3 – Façade insulation and painting nearing completion; installation of AC unit brackets has begun.

• SECTION 4 – Façade works and painting ongoing.

• SECTION 5 – Masonry completed; glazing installed on floors 2–14.
  SECTION 6 – Masonry nearing completion; glazing installed on the 3rd floor.

• SECTIONS 7–8 – Glazing nearing completion; wall insulation and façade painting ongoing.

• SECTION 9 – Masonry completed; glazing installed on floors 3–4 and 6–7.
  
  

BUILDING 4

• SECTION 1 – Concreting of the 1st floor slab.
  SECTION 2 – Rebar reinforcement for the 4th-floor vertical elements.

• SECTION 3 – Rebar reinforcement for the 2nd-floor vertical elements.

• SECTION 4 – Concrete pouring for the 12th-floor vertical elements; masonry has begun.

• SECTION 5 – Rebar reinforcement for the 12th-floor slab.

• SECTION 6 – Concrete pouring for the 9th-floor slab.

• SECTION 7 – Concrete pouring for the 8th-floor vertical elements.

• SECTION 8 – Concrete pouring for the 7th-floor vertical elements.
  SECTION 9 – Rebar reinforcement for the 4th-floor slab.
  
  

BUILDING 7

• Constructing the access road, installing utilities, preparing the parking area and commercial spaces, and focusing on landscaping for your future home — we have already installed the first children’s playgrounds and sports equipment.
